Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to answer you, plan and deliver a project, and bill for it. We do not sell personal information.
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what Command WV LLC collects through commandwv.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers the public website, the inquiry form, email sent to our addresses, and the private HQ and client workspace areas. Other Command WV ventures (iHOOP iNDEED, Step Momentum Studio, Command SZN, Debate Me Then) have their own policies on their own sites.
2. What we collect
Inquiry form: your name, email, business name if you give it, the package you are interested in, and your message. Email: anything you send to info@, support@ or hq@commandwv.com. Client workspaces: your account email and name, the plans, requests, documents and messages shared in your workspace, and invoice records. Website visits: basic, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not run advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver an agreed project, bill for it, and support it afterwards. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Inquiry details are seen by the Command WV team and, when a project involves website or digital work, by Step Momentum Studio.
4. Service providers
Floot (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery), Stripe (invoice and subscription payments; we never store card numbers), and Google Drive and Calendar when the owner connects them for document storage and scheduling. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become a project are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Client workspace records are kept for the life of the project and 3 years after it closes, for support, warranty and tax reasons. Invoice and payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Email to our addresses is kept while it is useful for the conversation it belongs to and is deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your choices).
6. Your choices
Email support@commandwv.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with the email address on file before acting. You can also stop any follow-up at any time by replying to our message.
7. Children
commandwv.com is a business service for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children here. Youth sports registration happens on ihoopindeed.com under that site's own privacy policy.
8. Security
HQ and client workspaces require a sign-in. Files uploaded to client workspaces and the legal library are stored privately and served only to signed-in users with access. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@commandwv.com if you believe your information has been exposed.
