COMMAND WVBUILD WITH PURPOSE.

Service terms

Interim terms · Updated October 24, 2026

Clear expectations for planning, building, and caring for your business’s digital presence.

1. About these terms

These interim terms describe business planning and digital project services offered through Command WV LLC and Step Momentum Studio. Your accepted written proposal or service agreement identifies the service provider and controls if it conflicts with this page. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a service or create a subscription.

2. Scope and project approval

Before work begins, we agree in writing on deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities, and estimated timing. Work outside that scope requires approval and may cost extra. Timelines depend on receiving content, access, feedback, and approvals from you.

3. Prices and payments

Business Audit is $395; Business Blueprint is $1,200; Business Launch is $3,500; Business Upgrade starts at $1,500; Custom Business Systems starts at $7,500. Starting prices are not fixed quotes for every project. Your proposal sets the final price, deposits, due dates, and any applicable taxes. Filing fees, domains, paid software, advertising, specialist services, and monthly care are separate unless expressly included.

4. Blueprint and Audit credits

A purchased $1,200 Business Blueprint provides a $1,200 credit toward a subsequent $3,500 Business Launch, leaving $2,300 in build fees, or a $1,200 credit toward a subsequent Custom Business Systems build starting at $7,500, leaving $6,300 on a $7,500 build. A purchased $395 Business Audit provides a $395 credit toward a subsequent Business Upgrade starting at $1,500. The Blueprint and Audit fees are paid separately. Apply one credit to one subsequent build for the same business; credits cannot be combined. Agreements accepted before October 9, 2026 keep the credit terms stated in that agreement. Credits do not reduce third-party charges or monthly care.

5. Venture partnerships

Command WV may, at its sole discretion, agree to provide planning and build services to a venture in exchange for a minority ownership interest, a revenue share, or a combination of a reduced fee and a smaller minority stake. The founder retains control of the venture. Any such arrangement is made only through a separate signed agreement that defines the stake or share, each party’s contributions and responsibilities, decision rights, care and hosting terms, and what happens if the venture closes or either party exits. Package prices and credits on this page do not apply to a partnership unless that agreement says so. Each party should obtain independent legal and tax advice before signing. Submitting a partnership inquiry is an application, not an offer; Command WV may decline any application and is not obligated to explain why.

6. Required Studio care

A Studio care plan is mandatory for websites and systems managed by Step Momentum Studio. Website Care starts at $99.99 per month. Business Support is $249 per month and includes website care, a monthly business review, and two hours of agreed improvements per month. Your proposal defines the selected plan, covered work, billing start date, and billing schedule. New features and larger changes require separate scope approval.

7. Code purchase and moving elsewhere

Required care continues until you purchase the code and move your website or system to another provider. A build fee does not automatically include a code buyout or ownership transfer. A separate written agreement defines the buyout price, transferable code and rights, export format, migration responsibilities, and completion date. Third-party software, licensed assets, and platform services remain subject to their own licenses and transfer restrictions. After transfer, hosting, maintenance, security, and future changes are your responsibility or your new provider’s responsibility unless separately agreed.

8. Your content and access

You retain rights you already hold in the materials you provide. You authorize us to use those materials to deliver the agreed project and confirm you have permission to supply them. Provide accurate information and appropriate account access; avoid sharing passwords or sensitive customer information through public inquiry forms. Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are defined in the written agreement.

9. Review, fixes, and changes

Business Launch includes the stated revision rounds, handoff training, and 30 days of technical fixes. Your proposal defines when that period begins and what qualifies as a technical fix. New features, new content, and changes beyond the agreed scope may be separately priced. Review deliverables and report issues through your agreed project contact.

10. Cancellation and service changes

Ask your project contact in writing if you need to pause, cancel, or change services. The accepted agreement determines charges for completed work, committed costs, refunds, notice requirements, and any service suspension process. This page does not establish an automatic refund or a cancellation penalty. Ending a care subscription alone does not complete a code purchase or migration.

11. Business results and outside services

Planning and digital services do not guarantee revenue, customers, search rankings, funding, or business success. Startup checklists are informational; legal, tax, licensing, and regulated professional decisions should be handled by qualified professionals. Third-party providers control their own pricing, availability, and terms.

12. Questions and updates

Contact us through the Command WV inquiry form or your existing project contact with questions before accepting a proposal. Updates to this page do not retroactively change an accepted project agreement; changes to that agreement require the parties’ written approval.
